The Product Marketing Manager, as part of the Building Systems Marketing management team, is responsible for the development and implementation of short-term strategies for specific products and/or product lines; assists in developing the corresponding long-term strategies. Responsibilities include coordinating the implementation of short-term strategies and tactics through the efforts of functions such as sales, manufacturing, logistics, materials management, purchasing, research, technical service, credit, finance, and advertising. Accountable for quarterly reporting on metrics, BIM goals and project-specific BIM utilization updates with valued added discussion and recommendations to senior management. Internal and external BIM Champion that will include support, training, liaison and industry outreach.   Requirements A graduate of an accredited architecture degree program or related combination of education and experience. 3– 5 years experience in construction design, drafting or engineering utilizing recent versions of AutoCAD/Revit/BIM Software. Demonstrated success with building construction sequencing and building systems interface including structural and MEP systems. Technical proficiency in related software programs such as Navisworks, Adobe products, SketchUp, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Access. Srong command of national CAD standards and the merging BIM standards. Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and manage clash detection process.
